1. How easy is it to get set up?
Answer: Easy, you get the process started (as outlined in the next question), we’ll help you with the rest.
2. What’s the next step?

3. How can you guys do this at no cost?
Answer: Once you get used to this program, you’ll want to buy additional advertising…so will others…we’re banking on that.
4. Do I get paid for advertising other companies?
Answer: Not at this time, it is set up just as an advertising trade.
5. What is a video ads?
Answer: This is like a T.V. commercial only for the web. It is a great way to expand your market in a inovative way.

5. Do I need to involve the guy who made my website to join the program?
Answer: Possibly, every website is different…we’ll cross that bridge when we come to it.
6. Do I need to find someone to create my ads for me?
Answer: If you wish. We can get you started with our free ad builder once you are in the system. Additionally, we have our own list of people that can help you out.
7. What are the ad sizes?
Answer: 728 x 90 pixels, 250 x 400 pixels, 250 x 300 pixels, 160 x 600 pixels
8. Do I have to create a video?
Answer: No, but it can make your ad more effective.
9. Who do you recommend to shoot my video?
Answer: Depends upon what type of video you want to shoot, but we’ll provide you with a list once you are in the system.
Content Control
10. Which sites will show my ad or video ad?
Answer: It will depend upon which channels you choose to have your ads run on, and which sites are signed up for those channels.
11. Will my competitors’ ads show up on my site?
Answer: No.
12. Does ExchangeMyAd.com allow "adult" sites, or sites with "adult" themes or content?
Answer: No. We aren't willing to deal with the liabilities at this point, or probably ever.
13. Will the search engines see the ads on my site? Will the ads have any effect with the search engines?
Answer: No, and no. Search engines will not even see the ads and therefore have no effect with the search engines. The ads aren’t even a part of your site, there is just a “blank java script ‘window’” in which the ads show up from our servers. So the ads aren’t even recognized as being a part of your website.
14. Can I screen what advertisers are allowed on my site?
Answer: Yes, we have a 3 layer filtration process.
Filter 1: People in your site category will be blocked from advertising on your site.
Filter 2: You can choose to block an entire channel from advertising on your site.
Filter 3: You can look at advertising individually and block them advertising on your site.
“Views” and Reporting
15. How are “views” tracked?
Answer: We use a patented technology called RealVu. It keeps track of how many ads actually appear in the viewable area of a person’s screen. Every time an ad is 95% viewable on a person’s screen for at least 1 second, it is tracked. So just to clarify, the exchanges aren’t based upon impressions or clicks; they are based upon “views”. However, in the reporting, you can compare impressions to views, clicks, and videos watched (if you plug a video into your ad).

Answer: See the answer above, and/or click here www.realvu.net, for more information and a demonstration. Our exchange program really only works because of this technology, because it is the only accurate way to track online advertising.
17. Will I be able to see reports as to where my ad showed up and the response rates?
Answer: Along with the RealVu Technology, they have advanced reporting that shows how many “views” of your ad has shown and on which sites. Additionally, you’ll be able to see from the “views”, how many people responded with clicks to your website, watched videos, and a lot more.
